By using a system of cobalt credits, 100% of the cobalt used in the battery is matched by cobalt produced under improved working conditions at artisanal and small scale mines. The battery also integrates fair lithium in its supply chain and contains 100% Fairtrade gold, 100% recycled tin and steel, and 75% recycled plastics. With a capacity of 4200 mAh and 30W fast-charging, they are built to last all day. Plug in the charger, and you’ll get 50% in 20 minutes. Not that you’ll ever worry about your battery running low; you can always swap them out with a spare whenever you want!

Do not buy a battery unless you absolutely need one. If your battery is older than two years, and if your battery is not holding power like it did, then purchasing a new battery is probably the best way to go.
If you are buying a new battery to solve issues related to charging, phone stability, or the phone not switching on, we would recommend reaching out to our customer support desk first. They will be able to confirm if the battery is at fault, or if it is something else that needs to be looked at.

This could be related to a number of other factors. Our customer support desk should be able to help you pinpoint the exact problem.

If your battery is older than two years, chances are it needs to be replaced. Batteries start degrading after two years of continuous use. Reach out to our customer support desk, and they will help you do a battery test.
